From Pain to Purpose: Living with Neurodiversity

2/1/2026

My heartfelt wish is to foster greater understanding, so that we can begin to dissolve the prejudices, the judgments, and the misleading information that too often surround neurodiverse people.
There’s a very personal reason why I created a website dedicated entirely to neurodiversity. Yes, part of it is because I live with a neurodiverse diagnosis myself, but it goes much deeper than that.
If you’ve ever picked up the phone and heard the devastating news that someone you care about has taken their own life… then you already understand the “why” behind this project, the reason these conversations, my websites, and this awareness exist.

Because behind every label, every diagnosis, there is a human being — someone who feels deeply, who tries, who loves, and who deserves to be seen, heard, and understood. Here are the facts: Neurodiversity is a medical and neurological reality — it’s part of how human brains are naturally wired. Current research suggests that around 5% of the population lives with a neurodiverse condition such as ADHD or autism.

Sadly, many people who live with neurodiversity also live with something that shouldn’t exist — judgment. Imagine what happens inside your heart when you’re criticized, bullied, humiliated, and judged — not just once, but again and again, year after year.
It hurts deeply.

Over time, that pain can erode your sense of self-worth and self-esteem, like water slowly carrying away stones in a river. Too often, people who don’t understand ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodiversity rush to judge others — saying things like, “Did you see how he reacted?” ...

But here’s what’s truly important to understand:

Many neurodivergent people experience differences in brain chemistry, especially in the levels and regulation of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine. These are chemicals that help manage attention, emotional regulation, and impulse control.

So when a person with ADHD or autism reacts differently, it’s not a character flaw — it’s a reflection of how their brain functions.  It’s about living with a different neurological reality: one that deserves understanding, compassion, and support.
Of course, we would like to react in what society calls a “normal” way — the kind of reaction that others expect to see in everyday situations. But just like other metabolic conditions people are born with, neurodiversity is something we’re born with too.

When you live with neurodiversity, your nervous system simply doesn’t have all the resources it needs to respond in what society defines as a “normal” way. And this isn’t something we can force or control through willpower — any more than someone can control another medical condition through sheer determination. It is a biological, medical fact, not a choice.

What often surprises me is how quickly some people rush to judge or gossip about others. There’s such rapidity in the way they form opinions, often without knowing the full story or the science behind it. Sometimes I find myself wondering: What is happening inside of them? Where does this need to judge come from?
Because when someone feels compelled to belittle or criticize another person in order to feel superior, that impulse clearly doesn’t come from a place of love, understanding, or inner peace.

People living with lifelong health or neurological conditions do not need more judgment — what they truly need is support, compassion, and tolerance.
On top of that, living with neurodiversity often means facing additional challenges in the workplace. Trying to fit in — to meet expectations that weren’t designed with neurodivergent minds in mind — demands far more energy and effort. And despite giving your best, you may still face instability, misunderstandings, or even lose jobs more frequently than others.

Sometimes, the hardest part isn’t from strangers,  it’s when the people you like and trust begin to criticize or mock you for being different. That pain runs deep, because it touches the very core of belonging and self-worth.
Yes, there are moments when you might end up feeling like a failure; not because you didn’t try, but because you gave twice the effort and still seemed to fall short.
When you work harder than most and yet face more obstacles, it’s natural to feel defeated. And it simply hurts.

And if, like me, you only received the right diagnosis later in life, then you know what it’s like to carry years of misunderstanding. You may have spent countless appointments hearing dismissive comments from professionals who didn’t yet understand neurodiversity, things like, “You’re too sensitive,” or “You’re not normal.” Words like these don’t heal — they wound. They can leave deep scars that take years of compassion and self-acceptance to mend.

There are days when it’s truly hard to accept that no matter how much effort you give, no matter how deeply you care, you must live with the reality that your nervous system is simply different from that of about 95% of the people around you. And that this difference is lifelong.

Yes, there have been many moments when I’ve quietly hidden my tears — moments when I wished that instead of judging me for reacting or doing things differently, people would simply offer a little more understanding, a little more help, and a little more support.

Over time, the self-doubt can grow so heavy that your heart begins to feel exhausted. You start to wonder if you’ll ever truly fit in. And slowly, you begin to withdraw; not because you want to disappear, but because the constant pain of misunderstanding becomes too much to bear. Tragically, for some, this pain can lead them down a road of no return.

It’s a path paved with loneliness, shame, and despair — and one that no one should ever have to walk. Because I know that pain all too well, it became my mission to transform it into something meaningful. That’s why I created this website project — to share as much positive, accurate, and uplifting information as possible.
My goal is to raise awareness, nurture compassion, and build a world with greater understanding — so that no one living with neurodiversity ever feels alone or misunderstood again.

Living with neurodiversity means that we often react, speak, act, and perform differently from the majority of people. These differences are not flaws; they arise from natural variations in brain structure, function, and chemistry.

In neurodivergent individuals, certain neurotransmitters and neural pathways work in unique ways. These variations shape how we process information, how we focus, how we feel emotions, and how we interact with the world. Neurodiversity is a lifelong reality — a spectrum that includes conditions such as ADHD, autism, and others — each influencing how a person thinks, learns, communicates, and experiences life.

To offer understanding, guidance, and hope, I created this website project — a space dedicated to sharing knowledge, compassion, and support for anyone living with neurodiversity, and for those who wish to understand it better.

This website is not a business — it is a faith-led project born from a spirit of loving presence and compassion. All services offered here are given freely, as an expression of spiritual faith and genuine care. There are no required fees, only an open heart and a desire to support others.

Across the globe, countless individuals living with ADHD, AuDHD, and other forms of neurodiversity struggle each day — many without access to proper healthcare, or without the emotional understanding they deeply need.

This is why I created this project and this website: to offer kindness, knowledge, and hope, where too often there has been silence or misunderstanding.

Thank you for helping to share this message — each time you tell a friend, post a link, or start a conversation, you’re helping to expand awareness, nurture compassion, and build a more inclusive world.

If you have any questions or simply wish to connect, please feel free to reach out — I’m always happy to help. If you ever find yourself in need of someone to talk to, please remember: you are not alone. I am here for you. You don’t have to walk through life’s difficult moments by yourself.

Alongside our conversations here, you’ll find many uplifting and inspiring articles on my blog — reflections to bring comfort, hope, and understanding.
Right now, I’m sending you a big, warm hug, and wishing you a beautiful day wrapped in love, peace, and gentle moments of calm.

Please take good care of yourself. May your path be filled with kindness, light, and the quiet beauty that comes from knowing you are deeply loved, exactly as you are.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

For any further questions, feel free to reach out - I'm happy to help.

With love and light, Jeanne

Living with AI in your Life: The Spiritual  Intelligence AI can’t replace

10/12/2025

More than ever before, people are bombarded with frightening messages about all the possible changes that AI could bring into their world and into all areas of life.

And more than ever before in the history of humanity, many things are changing so quickly that I call them high-speed changes. But as so often, let us remember to use discernment when reading these kinds of news. Because, as we know, fear is used to get clicks and make money for those news channels.

Yes, there is a beautiful potential to use AI for plenty of positive projects, especially in the medical field and similar areas of life. Programmed to serve the highest good of all, AI can become a useful and helpful assistant in many situations.

Some people react with fear when they hear about the changes AI can bring: if not my planned career, then what is the meaning of my life? That is a very precious question. Because the real meaning of life never was to identify with titles or careers. You are not your titles, labels, or professional roles. Those are only vehicles you drive for a while, but they are not who you truly are.

You are so much more - much bigger than any role you have ever held. The real you is eternal, and it does not need artificial intelligence, because you already carry the highest form of intelligence within you: Divine Intelligence.

The real intelligence that is now awakening across the world can never be replaced by anything artificial. AI is here to serve you, not define you. The intelligence that truly matters, the one that guides, inspires, and elevates, is Spiritual Intelligence - available to everyone, benevolent by nature, and originating from our Divine Source.

While some voices are now starting to talk about a super-intelligence, I hear them asking the question: what are people going to do if they suddenly have more free time?

Honestly, more free time is what our grandparents longed for their whole lives, as that generation often worked six to seven days per week, without any vacations at all. And if you ask half of the children around this planet, they all carry one big wish in their hearts: to spend more quality time with their parents. So, there is now some hope that family members will be able to spend more time together in the future.

Plus, there is hope that soon people will have more free time for their friends and more time to bring meaningful projects to life in their local communities; volunteer work, social and NPO initiatives, and even traveling.

When people are no longer consumed by constant busyness, they can reconnect with what truly matters: contributing to others, strengthening human bonds, and rediscovering a sense of purpose beyond daily obligations.

And what about all those wonderful artists, musicians, and gifted people who had to give up their talents when they were young because their careers kept them busy every single day? Now these people will have a chance to enjoy more free time for their creative talents.

What if artificial intelligence is here to serve you, allowing you to awaken your Spiritual Intelligence?

And maybe you remember the dreams, plans, ideas, and wishes you carried in your heart as a teenager: the ones you quietly packed away in a box when you started your first job and stepped into the demands of adult life. Take that box out now, open it with care, start dreaming again, and allow yourself to finally bring those long-waiting dreams to life.

The greatest opportunity of this new era is not merely to adapt to technological change, but to remember who we truly are and to live from that deeper intelligence with clarity, purpose, and compassion.

Let us focus on creating AI tools that support humanity in a benevolent way, helping to make our lives better, easier, and more aligned with our highest divine potential.

If you feel any fear or uncertainty about AI and its impact, I am here for you, and we can discuss your thoughts personally in a video meeting.

With Love, Jeanne

The Power of Compassion in a Judgmental World

25/10/2025

Psychology 7.0

We may often be shocked when watching the news, wondering why some people do what they do. The statistics of suicide are not going down, despite modern medicine, modern technologies, and all the online help, books, and other tools available today. In the past, certain things, like a person drinking alcohol for example, became the gossip in the village. Now that gossip has simply moved online and spread across the world. Judgments and criticisms are everywhere, fast, quick, and often filled with pain and misunderstanding.

What if, instead of judgments, we looked behind the masks and asked the question “why” with a little more compassion? For example, instead of judging the way the neighbors are raising their children, we could ask, how would compassion, from a higher perspective, see this same situation? We might then see that these parents are simply overwhelmed and dealing with many more issues that nobody knows about. Because nobody asked, nobody cared, and nobody is helping them. Instead, too many in the village are gossiping and judging them for the way they live.

What would happen if someone offered them help with their children instead? And if someone sat down and listened to them, maybe then they would learn that the father is going through an extremely difficult situation at work, because the employer is struggling with the economy. If we took the time to listen and get to know their situation first, we would learn how much the mother of that family is in grief, because her own parents are dealing with health issues and having difficulties paying for all the medical costs. Sometimes, kindness begins simply with listening.

The same happens in many workplaces. The toxic gossip in some companies is truly terrible. Once, I had a co-worker who often had to leave early because her son was dealing with very serious and difficult health issues for many years, a life-threatening disease. Of course, I helped her and took over some of her tasks. Instead of first asking her why she left early every second day, or why she was often on her phone, the other co-workers went directly into gossiping about her and judging her. It was heartbreaking to see how easily judgment replaced understanding.

People do what they do because they are dealing with very difficult and severe issues we often know nothing about. Too often we judge from that wrong first impression instead of taking the time to really get to know a person and their life situation. Many people are dealing with health issues that are invisible from the outside. Many are carrying grief and heavy burdens in their families, caring for parents, siblings, or children. On top of that, there is the constant pressure to perform at work. Many people are halfway into burnout simply because they never get one free moment in their week to breathe, to rest, and to process all the things they are going through.

Sometimes, just a little understanding can make someone’s heavy day a bit lighter. Gossip, judgment, and criticism only make everything worse. Often, they come from people who are hurting deeply inside, but are not yet ready to face their own pain.

That saying, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression,” comes from a very superficial view of life. It is one of the biggest mistakes people make every single day. If we meet someone a few days after a funeral, after a difficult medical diagnosis, or after other painful news, of course none of us will make a good first impression. Judging a person by that first impression is simply superficial and not realistic.

First, talk with a person, have a cup of coffee, and listen to their story. Learn what is going on in their heart and in their life situation. Listen with a compassionate heart. Nobody needs our judgments, but so many need our support and our compassion. And so many people need someone who listens without judgments. They need someone who offers a helping hand, speaks faith into them, and gives uplifting and motivating words.

If you need someone to talk to and some uplifting words, visit my website, which is filled with positive and inspiring messages, quotes, videos, and articles. You are also welcome to reach out if you would like to meet for a video call.

With a compassionate heart, I send you a warm and loving hug.
You are not alone.

The Real Reasons Behind Your Exhaustion: Unlocking the Mystery

7/10/2025

Reclaiming Energy: Simple Steps to Recharge Your Life

Sure, there are moments and days when it is natural to feel tired. When life feels full, when sleep is short, or when we push our bodies too much, tiredness is simply our body’s way of asking for kindness and rest.

Long and intense physical activity draws more blood into the muscles, while our organs receive less. During those times, they quietly lack the nourishment and circulation they need. This is why the organs suffer in stillness when people exaggerate physical muscle training. If this is repeated too often, the organs can’t function properly, and this can lead to serious health issues. Moderation, gentle care, and balance are the golden ways to keep your body healthy and your energy flowing.

Beyond these outside reasons why we feel tired, there are unseen things that quietly drain our energy throughout the day.

Constant noise, loud rooms, and overcrowded places exhaust your energy more than many people realize. Noise takes a greater toll on the nervous system than most are aware of.

To truly recharge, silence is the key. Stillness is what the nervous system deeply needs in order to restore balance and health on all levels of your being.

The world has become louder than what is good for our health. Headphones with constant music are only beneficial for short periods of time. On top of that, we are often bombarded with loud background music in restaurants and shopping malls, which is unnecessary and drains our energy. Not to mention the constant noise of heavy traffic in the streets.

When we are exposed to all these sounds for up to eighteen hours a day, the nervous system can never truly rest, which is, of course, exhausting. Noise-cancelling headsets and earplugs have become precious companions these days, and I highly recommend using them.

But there is another thing that can take your energy away. Observe this one point for a week and write it down: how do you feel after a conversation with a certain person? Tired? Yes, sometimes even those we love can completely drain our energy during conversations. We love them, yet the way they talk can quietly draw our energy away. Gently setting healthy boundaries is necessary, because if people speak to you only to take your energy, they drain you instead of sharing unconditional love with you.

The same thing happens at work. There are clients or co-workers who are never satisfied, no matter what you do. They complain because it’s the easiest way to get your attention and your energy. It takes conscious awareness to step back and set healthy boundaries. While they talk, they often don’t say anything truly meaningful. There is no real message behind their words. It’s mostly drama to capture attention, to draw in your energy. And by the end of the day, you are left feeling empty.

Most of the time, these are people who are not in alignment with their own true Self. They are disconnected from their heart center and lost in the confusion of the ego mind.

Be careful, because there is one more thing that quietly feeds on your energy, and that is entertainment. Observe how you feel while watching a movie, and how you feel at the end of it. Movies create artificial emotions, what they call suspense or drama, both designed to capture your attention. This is where you give away far more of your energy than you may realize.

Some people even notice that their body feels tense while watching certain movies, which shows how much energy it truly costs. And the background music in films can have a strong effect on your nervous system, which is often already overloaded with stress from the day. This is why some people fall asleep while watching TV, because it drains away the last bit of their remaining energy.

Instead, choosing music, movies, and entertainment that are positive, harmonious, balanced, and uplifting will help you feel better and protect your energy. What you focus on, and where your attention goes, is where your energy flows. This is why everyone and everything wants your attention — they feed on your energy.

Here is the key: all those things and people that drain your energy exist on a lower level of consciousness than your heart and Soul. The emotions they experience vibrate at a lower level, a level that never feels good and that feeds on your higher-vibrating energy. They tear you down, quite literally.

Now, observe how you feel after a conversation with someone who speaks from their heart. Notice how you feel after focusing on, reading, or listening to positive messages — you feel better, uplifted, and still good, right? That is because these messages, movies, texts, and music vibrate at the level of the heart. They come to you from a place of love, and they nourish you.

The people who talk with you heart-to-heart feel open, free, and good themselves. They never leave you exhausted; instead, the exchange with them is loving, balanced, and mutual.

Choosing stillness over noise is one gentle way to protect your energy. Choosing loving and meaningful conversations with like-minded people is another way to nurture and replenish your energy. Saying no and setting healthy boundaries with certain people also helps you preserve your precious energy.

The truth is this: we have the power to influence our lives and choose, with love and clarity, who and what we give our attention, our focus, and our energy to.
By becoming aware of what drains your energy and what uplifts it, you can make conscious choices every day. Silence, stillness, and rest allow your body and nervous system to recover. Loving conversations, heart-centered messages, and uplifting experiences nourish your soul.

Remember, your energy is precious, and you have the power to protect it. By setting boundaries, saying no when necessary, and choosing carefully where your attention goes, you reclaim your vitality and joy.

Every moment is an opportunity to align with your heart and Soul, to surround yourself with what truly supports and uplifts you. Your energy is yours to cherish — and when you honor it, you create more space for love, peace, and happiness in your life.

If you feel called to explore any of these points more deeply, I warmly invite you to connect with me through my website.

And if this text has touched your heart or brought you inspiration, you are welcome to offer me a small coffee donation as a warm thank-you.

Sending you love and light, Jeanne

You Did Not Do Anything Wrong; and You Deserve Love, Not Blame

4/10/2025

Did your partner break up with you? Did you lose your job? Then these words are for you.
Before we begin, I open my arms and offer you a big, tender, comforting hug. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to grieve a loss. Now, let me serve you a warm cup of tea and a generous slice of chocolate cake.

Dear one, you did nothing wrong. Life sometimes closes a door—but in a few weeks, a new one will open for you. It may feel uncomfortable right now, and perhaps you didn’t expect this to happen. But this, too, is part of life.

Please, don’t doubt yourself or feel ashamed. The loss of a job, a breakup, a divorce—these are chapters in the journey of life. They do not define you, and they certainly do not diminish your worth.

And never believe the hurtful words some people say in moments like these. Here’s the truth: if someone isn’t wise enough to see your beautiful qualities, that is their loss. If someone is too spoiled or too arrogant to appreciate you just as you are, it’s their ignorance that needs a wake-up call.

If someone leaves you, you might even say they did you a favor. You deserve to be in a relationship with someone who loves you wholeheartedly. So if they walked away, let them go. That space in your life is now open for someone better: someone who will truly love, respect, and cherish you for who you are.

If you’ve just lost your job, this might be the beginning of something better. It could be an opportunity to find a healthier work environment — with a better salary, wiser colleagues who truly see your gifts, and a company that genuinely needs your talents.

I know—rejection always hurts. But those who reject you are not your tribe. They’re not the people your Soul wants you to journey with. Because kind-hearted, loving, respectful souls don’t leave you in ways that make you question your worth.

Let me gently remind you:
You are still a wonderful human being. A beautiful Soul, full of qualities that matter. You are lovable and amazing, just as you are. And if those who rejected you couldn’t see your light, then they were never meant to walk beside you.

Sometimes, rejection is divine protection. Maybe your Soul has something better in store — new people, new places, new goals, and brighter plans waiting to be discovered.

And no, no matter what they told you, whatever they claimed was “wrong” with you, those are, most of the time, just excuses. Excuses to avoid taking responsibility for their own actions. Let me ask you: when you truly, deeply love someone, don’t you love their flaws too?

Please, don’t let the world - or anyone in it - make you feel bad about yourself.
Life is like a train station: when one train departs, just sit and wait. Another train always arrives.
And often, that new train is of better quality: with more comfort, more kindness, and more love.

If you ever need more comforting words or simply someone to talk to, I’m here for you—we can always meet in a gentle, heart-to-heart video call.

Big hugs to you, Jeanne

A Man Lying on the Street This Morning (True Story)

27/9/2025

 Why Was Nobody Helping?

This morning, I went to the city. On my way to the supermarket, I saw from afar a man lying on the ground in the street. His face was turned down, partly covered by his clothes. What shocked me the most was that many people walked by, and nobody stopped to check on him.
Seriously — what if he had a heart attack, a diabetic shock, or a stroke?
I went to check on him to see if he was alright. To my relief, he was moving and didn’t appear injured. I took my phone and immediately called the police to ensure they could guide him to a medical center if needed, or to a shelter, as the man seemed to be homeless, sleeping in the streets.

They say that Switzerland is a rich country — but situations like this are becoming more and more common. Do you want to know how many children are living in severe poverty in Switzerland? Visit the websites of the organizations Caritas and Pro Juventute. You will be shocked. And if you want to see how more and more seniors are struggling with poverty in Switzerland, read the reports from Pro Senectute, an organization that helps older people. The numbers you’ll find there will sadly surprise you. Not to mention the growing number of single-parent families living in serious poverty in our country.

In the last few years, the cost of renting an apartment has been rising beyond common sense. Every year, health insurance premiums become more expensive, and more people struggle to afford them. Because health insurance is mandatory here, many end up in debt. If social services have to cover your health insurance, the moment you find a new job, you must repay that money to the state. This creates an endless cycle of financial struggle for many people in our country.

And this homeless man lying in the street this morning — he is yet another sad example of how many things are going in the wrong direction…

Right now, I still have this question: WHY was nobody helping him?
What if he had a heart attack, a stroke, or a diabetic shock?

What if this man was your father, your brother, your son?

Every person walking by had a phone and could have called the emergency number to make sure he received help. But nobody stopped.

What I question the most is this: in so many cities around the world that I have traveled to, they all seem to have money for big sports stadiums, but they do not seem to have money to build more homeless shelters.  ... ( ! )
The question is about the fair distribution of funds and why more money is available for sports stadiums, which are often empty 50% of the time, while there is not enough money to build homeless shelters.

Sorry, I’m just a little sad right now, because this should not happen in our country. In fact, this should not happen in any country at all.

With compassion, Jeanne

Keep Your Child Safe Online

19/9/2025

Offline Activities to Foster Creativity and Connection 💗

Recently, we had a serious situation in our neighborhood where an 11-year-old discovered how to download a game that, by law, is restricted to those aged 18 and older. I will spare you the details about the content of that game, it was too violent for children. The parents shared with me how there was peer pressure at school among students to play this game, and they expressed feeling overwhelmed by the situation.
Yes, internet security was often a topic of discussion when I worked in a school myself. Sadly, there were instances where one student posted a negative comment about another student, and I made sure that this was removed immediately and addressed it with their parents. This was a few years ago, and over time, internet security for children has become significantly more challenging.

The list of problems surrounding the question of children and the internet is getting longer and longer. But let us talk about possible solutions - would you like that?
I know some people find problems in solutions, but I tend to be more practical: I love to find real solutions for problems. 😉

Before we start, dear readers, let me share with you one small solution to help keep your child away from those big social media platforms for as long as possible. This is a real compromise you can use to gain some extra time: allow your child to create a members-only website on their own. These are websites where YOU decide who is a member and who receives a login code.
For example, with Weebly (.com), you can create fun members-only websites. Together with your child, you can create photo albums, write blog posts, and share texts that only your family members and friends can see. This will keep your child busy, and at the same time, they will feel a sense of fulfillment in creating those pages one by one and sharing them safely with family and friends.

Now, more importantly, let us create a first list of some fun activities for your children that will keep them away from their smartphones, computers, and TV screens for at least one afternoon. In case your children are not interested in learning musical instruments or participating in local sports groups, this list will keep them busy for a while.
Let me ask you: Do you remember what you loved to do as a child?

Nr. 1: Story Time
💗
The local library: You will be surprised by how many great books and even fun activities your local library offers for your children. Become a member and visit every two weeks with your child. While the children are busy discovering many new books, you can sit and relax in a chair, reading an inspiring book as well. This is perfect for a rainy Sunday too.

Nr. 2: The Little Anthropologists
💗
Museums: Ask your local tourist center about the upcoming activities they recommend for families with children, and be sure to sign up for their newsletters as well. Many museums now offer special activities for families, and often, some of them are available for a small budget.

Nr. 3: Animals on the Farm
💗
Local farmers' markets are definitely worth visiting for children, but there is even more to discover. Some farmers now offer afternoons filled with activities for children, including creative ateliers where they can craft fun items together. Additionally, some farms have a special corner where children can safely see the animals.

Nr. 4: The Chocolate Cake Master Bakers
💗
Is it raining again? Turn your kitchen into a baking wonderland and let your children bake a chocolate cake. Encourage them to create a series of cookies in the shape of their favorite animals. You can even hire a student for three hours to oversee this fun activity with the children, allowing you to relax in the living room with your own favorite hobby.
Additionally, look for special baking books with easy recipes for children. They can also create their own recipe books through scrapbooking, featuring their favorite recipes for the whole family.

Nr. 5: The Artists Create a Storybook
💗
Little artists' atelier: They say that children are losing their creative powers when they watch too much TV. So, for another afternoon, turn your living room into an art atelier. Find some large sheets of paper and a selection of different colors; there are special child-friendly acrylic paints available in stores for this purpose. Let your children create their own storybooks by writing a fun script together and drawing one image for every important scene in the script. Of course, the storybook can be a special present for a family member's next birthday!

Nr. 6: The Local Animal Shelter
💗
Many animal shelters are truly grateful for volunteers to walk their dogs or play with the cats. You will see your children smile and have fun interacting with these animals, and this can also become a regular activity if they enjoy it.

Nr. 7: Writing a Journal
💗
Scrapbooking is creative and, therefore, calming for children. Writing a journal can be a comforting and even healing experience for them, as it helps them process their many emotions and feelings. Plus, these young scrapbookers can create the most beautiful journals and books filled with precious memories. They can proudly share these books whenever grandparents, uncles, and aunts come for a visit.

I hope that some of these activities serve as inspiration and help your young children spend some time away from the many screens. Feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this further or share more ideas.

By sharing this article with your friends, you help me too.
With love and light,
Jeanne

From Mind to Soul: Walking the Path of Spiritual Simplicity

18/9/2025

Why so-called secrets on the spiritual path are not secret at all

In the field of spiritual teachings and the spiritual path to awakening, we find many wonderful and amazing teachers on every continent, in the West and in the East equally. But the true teachers rarely used big advertising or large marketing, because certain things are guided by Divine Guidance, beyond what the human mind tries to control.

Long before the time of the internet, these precious teachers shared the path of true meditation, of living in Divine Oneness and of spiritual awakening. One great teacher in the West was Joel S. Goldsmith (The Infinite Way), and many others have tried to teach what he explains in his books. Some not only copied the content but even copied the titles of his books, yet a copy can never carry the real original consciousness and therefore will never have the same effect as when the teaching is transmitted and received through the original teacher.

Joel S. Goldsmith was a great example of a truly humble teacher, and his teachings continue to be a powerful guiding light for students even today. Also in the West, a unique teacher was Dr. David R. Hawkins, with his teachings about the different levels of consciousness. The same honor and respect belong to the teachings of the well-known Ramana Maharshi, Paramahansa Yogananda, and the many wonderful teachers from the East.

We can be grateful to observe that these higher levels of consciousness are being discovered by more and more people around the world, thanks to all the teachers who prepared the foundation for us to move beyond the illusions of human materialism. Sadly, some tried to make money with these teachings by adding certain words for sensational marketing, pretending that there were “special secrets.” They claimed that there was super mysterious information available only if certain conditions were fulfilled, and one of these conditions was of course about money. Those false prophets may have made some money in the short term, but in the long run the laws of karma will send them the bill to pay for their dishonest abuse of students who were sincerely looking for help.

Because if you remove all the layers of misleading marketing used around these teachings, in truth there are no special mysterious secrets. Just as the sun in the sky shines on every soul on this planet, in the same way the healing light, consciousness, and love are available to every soul who asks with an honest and pure heart.

What is missing is in reality very simple. Yet sadly, the ego mind rarely believes that something simple can be true or worth the effort. The human mind often seeks complicated concepts and a ten-step program decorated with many beautiful but unnecessary materials, and this is where seekers become distracted from the true path.

No matter whether you study spiritual teachings from the East or the West, the work on this path always remains the same, just do it. And the simple practice is to sit in stillness in meditation, in communion with Divine Source, opening the heart to Divine Consciousness and to the higher realms of light, in a state of deep receptivity and listening within.

Just do it. Here is an example of a simple but very effective practice:

Twice every day, take a break, pause, sit in a quiet place, and set your intention to connect with the Divine and with your Soul. In those moments, tell your thinking mind to go out for a walk, as that dear friend often fears letting go of control. Do nothing else, just sit, breathe, observe your breath, and focus only on the here and now. Then gently allow yourself to become more and more aware of that invisible part of you, your true Soul, by focusing on your heart. Allow your state of mind to shift from the human self to the spiritual Self, gradually and naturally. This is the part of you that, when you are in Oneness with it, allows you to live from the heart, feeling peaceful and open to the Divine around you. Now remain sitting in this awareness for the next thirty to fifty minutes. This is when the real healing happens, and when the mind receives true and lasting peace.

Yes, this kind of practice cannot be approached with the human intellect, the whole work is most successful when done from the heart alone. In truth, it is very simple. Yet most of the time this is where students walk away, because this work asks for a true investment of personal effort and time. It requires that we turn off the phones, the television, and the computers, and focus on Divine Source in stillness and silence.

In this sacred space of silence and stillness, we gently enter a new state of being, one of peace and harmony, free from the desires of the human ego, connecting more and more with our Soul. The way we feel shifts with every minute we remain quiet and present, and our awareness of the Higher Self deepens naturally.

Some call this experience “the Presence,” and of course different teachers have given it many beautiful names. Yet in reality there is no great secret hidden behind it, despite what some may claim in order to sell seminars or exclusive programs. It may sound simple, but it is only the thinking mind that insists the spiritual path must be difficult or mysteriously complicated. In truth, it is about practicing these small and gentle steps, again and again, which gradually open the doors to the reconnection with our Divine Self.

On this sacred path, the ego mind is gently laid aside, along with all the labels and roles that we believe define us. No titles are needed, no pressure to become someone different, no demand to be more efficient or to perform better. The search for outer success or temporary happiness only brings substitutes for what the Soul is truly longing for. Release all those expectations created by the human mind, and what remains is the quiet, luminous truth of who you really are.

Another key that is often misunderstood is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in spiritual teachings. Every Soul has its own level of consciousness, depending on what the Soul has learned before this incarnation. Physical age is not a measure here. This is why a technique or teaching may be deeply helpful for one Soul, while another Soul may need a different path and practice with other tools. These choices are guided by the Soul itself, the Higher Self of the individual.
Spiritual revelations received during times of meditation belong to the path and evolution of the Soul who receives them. Another Soul may receive different insights for their own unique journey. This does not mean that one is right and the other is wrong, it simply reflects the infinite variety of the Divine guidance offered to each Soul.

The only thing truly missing is the willingness of the Soul in human form to make the personal effort to sit in stillness, to connect with Divine Source, and to ask directly for Divine Oneness. Living from the heart means living as your true Self, your Divine Soul, that eternal part of you. By allowing the thinking mind (ego) to rest in the backseat and letting the heart take its place in the driver’s seat, life begins to transform in the most beautiful and meaningful ways.

Trust your own Divine Guidance, for your Soul will always bring you the right information, the right people, and the right books that are meant to guide your next steps on this beautiful spiritual path.

If you ever have questions about the steps on this path, or if you would like to study any of these books together, you are always welcome to write to me, and we can meet in a video call to talk.

Reclaim Your Peace of Mind from Bad News Overload

17/9/2025

The Hidden Dangers of Constant Information Overload:

The news worldwide reports that more and more people are living with mental health challenges. One reason for this is certainly the constant information overload we are exposed to 24/7.

Here is what truly helped me – and what can also support your health: at a certain point, I decided that I would only pay money for good news. Reading good news makes you feel good, and when you feel good, the cells of your body become happy. Therefore, you want to receive more good news only.

Maybe it is because of the medical condition I was born with, but I find having too many apps on my smartphone more than just overwhelming. But here is my question: how many apps do we really, truly need – and why?

Why would I pay any app to send me bad news about what is happening in a country on the other side of the planet? It only makes me feel sad and worried. That kind of news leaves us feeling hopeless and anxious, which is, of course, never good for our health.

Plus, do we really need to know what some VIPs are doing in their private lives? All that unnecessary gossip is toxic and completely useless. It doesn’t improve our mood, nor does it make our own lives any better.

Since our goal here is to seriously detox our lives, our smartphones, and the news we consume, it truly helps to radically delete all those apps. This way, we can make sure we no longer receive any of that negative news. Quickly scanning the local headlines is more than enough. Anything beyond that is simply unnecessary and does not serve you in any way – unless you work in a field where geopolitics are part of your daily business.

So, ok — now that our beloved smartphone is cleaned, peaceful, calmer and free from bad-news apps, another helpful step could be to delete contacts who send you bad news, gossip, and other toxic stories. I especially love that block-contact button for those situations. Feeling more relieved, right?

While I understand you might find these steps somewhat radical, let me remind you that your peace of mind is the main source of your health — both mental and physical. Your peace of mind should be your top priority and is worthy of protection. Only when you feel real peace of mind do you have the necessary energy to do what you truly want to do in life.

Another important key is to avoid endlessly scrolling through certain platforms and clicking on hype-sounding headlines. Before you click, ask yourself if what you are about to read is truly going to serve you in any way—if not, you are simply giving away your precious time and energy to useless, toxic news.

Let me share another helpful step, beginning with this question: do you really need to be available all the time? And do you really need to answer every call the very second your phone rings? (Unless you have young children or you are a medical doctor, of course.)

For a long time, I didn’t realize how much being available all the time for everybody was draining my energy—until a friend encouraged me to turn off my phone more often. I also finally activated voicemail, which allows people to leave their messages whenever I don’t answer their calls.

Being available for everybody all the time can really drain our peace of mind. Do I need to read every e-mail the moment it arrives? Absolutely not. Do I need to answer every single chat message right away? Nope—I don’t have to.
Of course, some friends in my circle grumbled a little about my new habits—but honestly, I felt a wave of relief discovering this newfound freedom. I wasn’t serving everyone else’s demands anymore; I was protecting my own peace of mind, and you will agree with me, that is priceless.

While these steps may seem small, they do so much more than just protect your thoughts and feelings from toxic news. They give you back your most precious gift: your time. Time to rest, time to breathe, time to focus on your goals, and time to recharge—time to truly nurture yourself and your well-being.

Once I discovered these new steps and daily life gently began to feel calmer and more peaceful, I found myself wanting to receive more good news. Somehow, my smartphone felt a little empty, and I wondered if there were apps that focused on positive news—and yes, there are actually some wonderful apps that deliver only good-news messages, filling your heart and mind with uplifting and positive feelings.

If you’d like a little extra support in setting healthy boundaries or discovering more ways to protect your peace of mind, feel free to reach out to me. I’d be delighted to help you create a calmer, happier, and more positive daily life.

Thank you for being here, and may your day be filled with warmth, truth, and love.

With Love and Light, Jeanne

Unmasking Bullying and Mobbing

15/9/2025

Healing the Hearts of the Introverts

People bully others because they are different from what the bullies believe a person should be, according to their ideas of "normal." Yes, I have experienced bullying and mobbing more than enough, and to avoid this pain for others, I write articles like this.

Dear Reader, if you observe these kinds of situations, please stand up against those bullies. Your intervention could truly heal a broken heart.
💗

AuDHD individuals are often introverts. We face dismissive and belittling comments, judgments, and criticism for our differences almost every day in various life situations. Can I be honest? It truly hurts.

Most of the challenges we face as AuDHD individuals stem from a deficiency in neurotransmitters, which are crucial for effective communication within our nervous systems. Our brains may produce lower levels of these essential chemicals, leading to difficulties in emotional regulation, social interaction, and sensory processing, ultimately affecting our overall well-being.

Living with neurodiversity means that we often react, speak, act, and perform differently from the majority of people due to inherent differences in brain structure, function, and chemistry. These differences, which involve neurotransmitters and neural pathways, reflect the unique ways our brains process information. Neurodiversity encompasses lifelong conditions that affect how we think, learn, and interact with the world.

Let me give you some examples on what this looks like in daily life situations:

1. Social Interaction
Social interaction can often feel like a daunting mountain to climb for us AuDHD introverts. The pressure to engage in conversations and navigate social settings can lead to feelings of anxiety and exhaustion.  For me, I love meeting in small groups or just one person, sharing lunch, going for a walk, or engaging in hobbies together; however, the larger the group, the more challenging it becomes for me to navigate the social dynamics.

2. Sensory Overload
Because my hearing is super sensitive and does not filter noises correctly, this leads to sensory overload. Sadly, not all people have compassion; some even judge me or make dismissive comments when I try to explain why I cannot go to loud restaurants. They tell me that I am ridiculous. Yes, there are those who belittle us for something we were born with, something that is not our fault at all.

3. Communication
Communication is more difficult than many could imagine. This can lead to feelings of isolation. Writing is a beautiful and healing way for me to find my voice in a society that often values the loudest and fastest. As a neurodiverse individual, I may stumble and stutter in heated moments, making it challenging for me to articulate my thoughts during arguments. This can lead others to underestimate me or assume I am less intelligent, which doesn’t reflect my true capabilities. However, when I take the time to express my feelings and thoughts in writing, it often resonates deeply with others, helping them to see my perspective in a new light.

4. Emotional Regulation
Emotional regulation can be difficult too. What people often misunderstand is that with ADHD, the one thing that is missing due to a lack of neurotransmitters is that door that keeps emotions under control. Others may judge me for being too sensitive, which adds to the challenge. In response, I try to fit in and often repress the many emotions I experience in daily life situations whenever possible. Another sad strategy I’ve adopted is to simply avoid situations where there could be too many emotions. For years, retreating into solitude has been my self-protection strategy, allowing me to avoid the painful comments others make about my sensitivity...

5. Fatigue and the need to recharge
Fatigue can creep in when the demands of social interactions and sensory experiences become too much for me. Self-care is not a luxury; it’s a necessity. Because of the differences in the way my brain and nervous system process daily life situations, I simply need more time to rest and recharge. This is why I cherish those Sundays spent cuddling on the sofa with a cozy blanket; I need them much more than others do.

6. Routine Disruption
Some people say they love surprises, but I fear them. Routine disruptions can feel like a sudden shift in the ground beneath our feet. While predictability may sound boring to others, for me, it is a beautiful source of comfort. When that predictability is disrupted, it can leave me feeling insecure. I truly embrace the small rituals that bring me peace. A compassionate person who is patient and gives me the necessary time to adjust to change would be the best friend in those situations. The best are those who understand this and make plans with me 1-2 days in advance, knowing that having the time to prepare helps me immensely.

This is enough examples for today. Thank you for your patience. I share these thoughts, knowing that more information creates greater understanding, and from there, people will be able to cultivate more compassion and tolerance.

It helps if you can share this article with your colleagues and friends to foster greater understanding.

Is the Magic of Books Lost?

10/9/2025

Is the Love of the Authors Lost Too? 💗

When I worked in a bilingual school as an assistant teacher, I remember the joy in the eyes of the little children as I read storybooks to them. They loved story time and asked for it every single day. For them, those moments were magical: discovering the pictures in the books, following the hero’s adventures page after page.

In those stories, you could truly see and feel the love of the authors. Each book was created with the love of their hearts, and the children felt it too.

Some of my most beautiful childhood memories are the moments I spent in the local library, discovering countless books and diving into their captivating stories. I have always loved books. While others go shopping for shoes, I care much more about discovering new books.

To me, books are precious treasures - filled with ancient wisdom and stories that bring healing to the heart. Most of all, I love reading books about spiritual teachings from all around the world.

But now, this unique and precious magic of books for children seems to be disappearing. New technical, soulless tools are reading stories to children, often without the presence of an adult who can answer their questions. Before a little child has time to enjoy and process one situation, the artificial voice has already moved on to the next.

And now, children no longer hold books in their hands, enjoying the beautiful pictures drawn with love by the authors. Instead, their eyes are fixed on tablet screens, receiving a sensory overload of sounds and images, all far too early for their young brains.

When the love of the authors is no longer inside the books, when children no longer pause to enjoy an image created from the heart of a human being… what will happen to the power of imagination in a child’s heart?

It breaks my heart to see that, in our towns, even bookstores and libraries are closing, as their light fades because business is no longer good for them.

It is the same with books for adults: real books carry the love of their authors between the lines, transmitting their consciousness, feelings, and thoughts. I truly hope we can keep the treasures of books alive for all humanity.

The question now is: how can we keep this magic alive and preserve the treasures of books for all humanity, without surrendering them to stories written and read by soulless machines?

With Love, Jeanne

My Life with AuDHD

4/9/2025

First, let me remind you: it’s a spectrum. This means every person on the ADHD-Autism spectrum is truly unique, so please don’t compare.

While some people have great talents in certain areas, others have strengths in different places, simply because they’re on another part of the spectrum; and the same goes for the challenges, too.
Some struggle with certain things, while others don’t.
So, what I share in my texts is about my own experience, my personal strengths, difficulties, and place in the spectrum.

Yes, people can be judgmental, and I was bullied often: at work, in everyday life, and even by my ex-boyfriend. It hurts, and sometimes it feels really difficult.
No, AuDHD doesn’t simply go away; it’s a lifelong journey.

A wise meditation teacher once told me that acceptance is the true key to inner peace.

Life with AuDHD is anything but ordinary; bursting with creativity, spontaneity, and endless surprises. It never gets boring, that much is certain.

Let us talk about some of my AuDHD qualities:
Adults with autism often bring unique strengths to friendships and relationships that can enhance connections in meaningful ways. Here are some of their key strengths:

  • Honesty and Loyalty: Autistic individuals tend to be straightforward and genuine, fostering trust and reliability in their relationships.

  • Deep Empathy: Many have a profound understanding of emotions, allowing them to connect on a deeper level and provide support.

  • Strong Focus on Shared Interests: They often excel in shared passions, leading to engaging conversations and enriching experiences.

  • Appreciation for Routine: Their love for structure can create dependable and predictable relationship dynamics, which can be comforting for both partners.

  • Nonjudgmental Acceptance: They often embrace others without pretense, creating a safe space for vulnerability and authenticity.

These qualities can cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships, underscoring the value of diversity in social connections.
✨
One challenge I face is that, due to my AuDHD, I am a complete introvert. This makes social media marketing especially difficult for me; and although I need help, many marketing experts charge exorbitant fees, and ads are costly as well....

If you have any questions or want to know more, feel free to drop me a line, I’m always here to help.

Until next time, embrace your spark and be gentle with yourself.
With Love, Jeanne

Navigating Social Media Marketing: Honesty, Balance, Finding Your Way

3/9/2025

If our incomes and the existence of our businesses, no matter what work we do, depend more and more on the mysteries of those ever-changing algorithms from social media platforms, then we need a new mindset to stay healthy. We need to establish for ourselves a stable inner ground and real mental strength, so we do not get caught up in those hamster wheels. By now it seems clear that the promised freedom is a very fragile iceberg, melting within the rules of online marketing.

There it was at last, that one video with a content creator who honestly shared how much he paid to get more clicks, more followers, and more views. Together with other writers, we had begun wondering what was going on with the whole world of social media marketing, a mystery that is growing for more and more people.

At the same time, a truly wonderful and loving author of children’s books and youth literature had just published an open letter in a news magazine about the changes she experienced with her work. Where in the past she reached almost 70,000 sales per book in her own country, now she struggled to make at least 3,000 sales. She was loved by many, visiting schools all over Germany, presenting her books and meeting with teachers, parents, and the young generation. Her books were positive, uplifting, and inspiring for young students and children, created with true love. But in the last few years, the changes she observed in young people left her worried. Just like her, many wonderful authors who put their hearts and love into every book now struggle to reach the right readers.

The book market is getting flooded with soulless AI-written books. And it is not only books, these changes in the way things are sold now are also affecting other products and services. The growing question is honesty, what happened to honesty in this new world of advertising?

This content creator mentioned above shared in his video how much he paid for bots, for click farms, and for all kinds of different ads on social media channels, only to reach the numbers required to be monetized by those platforms. When he finally reached that point and was accepted to start monetizing his channel, he explained how the real struggles had only just begun. The moment one video reaches the desired number, the pressure starts to grow, because followers need to be fed constantly in order not to lose them.

This is why every content creator feels the constant pressure to entertain, just to hold on to their followers and welcome new ones, day after day, week after week. The competition grows ever harsher, and the fear of losing followers can weigh heavily on the heart, like a never-ending shadow. Even the most honest and dedicated creators find their mental health at serious risk, because in this new reality, every success can turn into failure faster than the weather changes. It is no wonder that more and more people are struggling with mental health, facing challenges that were once unimaginable.

And this is where truth begins to fade, and the hyping takes over, just to survive in the world of social media marketing. Suddenly, a simple object, a normal product, or even a genuinely good service must be presented as the most mysterious, the most shocking, the most unique, the most extraordinary, the absolute must-have. Everything is exaggerated, wrapped in intense emotions, and surrounded by a drama that grows bigger and bigger, all just to capture followers and make sales.

Sadly, this is where the art of manipulative rhetoric has become a new trend. If you try to read between the lines of what is really being said, and remove all the hyped-up words designed to create fake emotions, the same video would be much shorter. Because videos now must be long in order to generate more revenue, even the most honest creators find themselves forced to add extra layers of words just to meet the demands of those mysterious algorithms.

Understand me clearly here: these are good people, with good services and certainly good products. Many of them have honest intentions, you can feel it and see it. You can see that most of these people do not want to use the “hyping marketing strategy,” but sadly, the reality of online marketing leaves them with little choice. Over the last few years, the whole social media world has evolved in this direction, and honest businesses that were once successful now find themselves struggling to meet their monthly budgets.

Because only this kind of hyping seems to attract viewers and signal to the algorithms that your content is worth sharing on their platforms. But in the end, it is still just a normal object, a simple product. More often now, we see in the news people sharing how they lost everything, literally everything they had, while trying to invest in their online business after following some online marketing gurus. Their honest videos at least help others avoid making the same mistakes.

You are not a content creator machine; you are a person, with a heart, soul, and unique energy to offer.

This is why I admire those de-influencers who are real, authentic, honest, and grounded. A digital detox is wise and every doctor would recommend it. But many cannot take a digital detox, because every day someone is not active online is a day when their followers move on to the next loudest influencer.

Last week, I posted a new video on YouTube, not to make sales, because I do not sell anything online, my work is a non-profit project to help people living with the same health issues. I often find myself wondering how to create a crowdfunding campaign in this fast-changing world of social media. As an introvert, I would truly value guidance or mentorship from someone who has been through this journey. It has been disheartening to find that most coaches charge fees I simply cannot afford right now. Therefore, I posted the video with zero expectations.

The fast-changing algorithms of social media marketing make it harder and harder for honest business owners to keep up. What is a hot trend today can become yesterday’s news by next week. Success can shift in just a few days, followers come and go faster than ever, and the dream of a promised income can turn into a 24/7 full-time job, leaving little room for real life, rest, or peace of mind.

Dear reader, I know how overwhelming this world of social media and constant pressure can feel. You are not alone, and your experiences truly matter. I warmly invite you to join me for a video call, where we can share our stories, exchange insights, and learn from each other’s experiences.

With a loving hug,
Jeanne

Finding Happiness Amidst the Epidemic of "More and Better"

31/8/2025

This "more, more, more" mentality is nothing but a hamster wheel, where people seem to be running straight into their next burnout. More success, more cars, more clothes, more beauty, more wealth, more titles, more diplomas, and more training, yet many of them often end up in depression. They are chasing after illusions, experiencing increased stress, and soon facing more health issues as a result.

Yes, I admit, I was one of them myself. And I learned it the hard way: I had a well-paying job in a big company, and life was good. Then, again, health issues arose, and I lost my job. I had to move to a smaller place and learn to live on a reduced income for a while. After a few weeks and some adjustments, I discovered that I was not any less happy than before. Instead, I learned to be content. I began to be creative and live happily with less.

This experience shifted my perspective on the constant barrage of marketing ads that tell us to get more, do more, perform better, look better, eat better, train better, and sleep better. These messages bombard us from every angle: whether on TV, smartphones, social media, or other channels. They all convey the same manipulative, subliminal suggestions that we need to change, do another training, buy another book, or attend another seminar. It’s a relentless cycle of "more, more, more."

Do we really need to constantly perform better? Do we truly need to be more successful all the time? What is this obsession with "more, more, more"?
All I observe in the people around me and in society, especially during daily commutes, is that individuals are becoming increasingly stressed. The news reports that more people are facing health issues, including mental health challenges. There is a significant contradiction between the life that all those ads are trying to sell us and the reality of how people are actually living in our towns.

At a certain point, I just want to respond, "No thanks, I really don't need that. Seriously, I am happy just the way I am." The truth is, advertisers do not like happy people; they don’t want you to be content. That’s why they present stories of a "better life" that you could have if you just buy whatever they’re selling.

Being content, at peace, and happy with what you have and who you are is the only key to freedom from this epidemic of "more and better." You don’t need any of the things they suggest if you are truly happy and content with your life as it is. This realization allows you to observe the ads and marketing messages from a new perspective, prompting you to ask yourself: Do I really need that?

It starts the moment we go online; the suggestions appear again, telling us that we are not okay. This epidemic of "more and better" is designed to sell us things we do not need.

But what if we were simply content and felt happy with everything in our lives just as it is?

Let's take a deep breath and give ourselves a break from the limiting belief that we "need something more." We do not need anything more; perhaps we just need to do less. We should put less pressure on ourselves and those around us. Maybe we simply need to rest, relax, and enjoy what we have and where we are.

Most importantly, we need to love who we are. That is the key to true contentment. All these advertisements try to suggest that there is something wrong with us that needs to be fixed.
Let me tell you: You are perfect just the way you are; there is no need to fix anything about yourself.

With Love and Light, Jeanne

LOA and Unanswered Prayers: 10 Important Reasons Why

26/8/2025

Friends of mine have a little boy who battled leukemia. Holding this three‑year‑old child in my arms made me reflect deeply on the power of prayer. The laws of karma, it seems, are no trivial matter. For two years, we prayed fervently, and today this boy is healed and healthy. But those years were difficult, testing our faith in God again and again.
Not all prayers are answered in such clear and joyful ways as in this example. We all have wishes and prayers that may remain unanswered - for now. Let me share with you some key points to guide you on this beautiful journey.

The question of why some prayers remain unanswered is closely related to the reasons why the so‑called Law of Attraction does not always seem to work.
The laws of karma are deeply rooted in ancient spiritual teachings all around our beautiful world.
And they are no joke. If you steal someone else’s ideas or property out of greed and then rise to fame, that wealth and recognition are ultimately worth nothing. You may end up in a hospital suffering from serious health issues or experience other forms of misfortune.
Even if no human being ever discovers what you did, the Divine Universe witnesses every action. Why? Because stealing lowers your vibration so drastically that you inevitably attract misfortune in one form or another. Hurting or cheating others is, in truth, always an act of harming yourself.

Now, let’s turn to the 10 reasons why some prayers remain unanswered - or why the Law of Attraction may not yet seem to work in your life.

Rule No. 1: Don’t Shoot the Messenger
The Divine Universe often uses people to deliver answers to your prayers. All kinds of people. Yet, if you reject them, gossip about them, dismiss them, or treat them without respect and consideration, you may be destroying the very channel appointed to bring you a blessing.

Rule No. 2: Remain Silent at the End of Your Prayers
The Divine Source is not Santa Claus, nor an online store where you place an order and then hang up the phone. Speaking with the Divine requires us to also listen for the answers—something we often forget. And listening means creating moments of silence and stillness.
Pause with an open heart. Sit quietly and allow yourself to be receptive to the subtle responses of the higher realms. The more you remain in a state of openness throughout the day, the more likely you are to recognize and receive the answers to your prayers.

Rule No. 3: Your Self-Concept and Sense of Worth
How you see yourself—your self‑concept, your self‑image, and your sense of worth—plays a crucial role in prayer. The real feeling you carry inside matters most. Any sense of unworthiness invites doubt, and doubt immediately closes the channels through which answers can reach you.
If you pray for something while secretly believing you don’t deserve it, the path toward receiving becomes blocked. Feeling worthy is not about arrogance—it is about aligning with the truth that you are already a beloved and valued part of the Divine.

Rule No. 4: Release Your Expectations
Our expectations—how we think things should be—can easily become barriers to receiving. This is a big one, because the answers to our prayers (and the workings of the Law of Attraction) often arrive in forms very different from what we had imagined.
And yet, in many cases, they turn out to be far greater blessings than anything we hoped for. The more we can set aside our limited, human ideas of how the answer should appear, the more freely the Divine is able to work in our lives.

Rule No. 5: Keep Your Heart and Mind Open
If your heart and mind are closed, you are not in a state of true receivership. Ask yourself honestly: Am I open to new possibilities? Or am I rejecting change? Do I cling to old ideas or regrets instead of letting them go?
Often, we can be stubborn; sometimes the Universe sends us the same signs seven times in a row, but we still ignore them. Openness requires the courage to step out of your comfort zone. And quite often, the Divine longs to bless you in ways far greater than you could ever imagine - if only you make space to receive.

Rule No. 6: Trust in the Divine Universe
A lack of trust in the Divine can quietly block the flow of blessings. Losing faith in the benevolence of the Source is like refusing to open the door when someone arrives with a gift in their hands.
For prayers to be answered, we must believe once more in the love, goodness, and generosity of the Divine Universe. Trust is the key that allows the gifts of Spirit to find their way to us.

Rule No. 7: Release Resistance and Old Beliefs
Resistance, limiting beliefs, and self‑protective rejections can quietly block our prayers. We all carry wounds from the past, and often we build walls around our hearts to avoid being hurt again.
But the very walls that once kept us safe may now be preventing love, a new career, friendship, or blessings from entering our lives. To move forward, we must begin clearing away those blockages. Only then do we create the space for what we truly desire to flow toward us.

Rule No. 8: Believe in Miracles and Stay Open to Possibilities
Believe in miracles with the same openness you had as a child, embracing the infinite magic of the Universe. Openness to new possibilities invites unexpected blessings into your life.
For example, I once “found” a job because of a simple misunderstanding in the job ad. During the interview, I learned it was actually a completely different role than what the ad described. They also said it was just a five-week temporary position. Yet, this misunderstanding led to a fulfilling long-term career in a field where I had no formal training or diplomas. They hired me, and I enjoyed working there for more than three years.
This story shows that staying open to new experiences and miracles can lead to blessings far beyond what we imagine.

Rule No. 9: Release Bitterness, Resentment, and Embrace Forgiveness
Bitterness can transform even the most beautiful soul, dimming their light and warmth. A heart weighed down by resentment not only loses its natural charisma but also blocks the flow of blessings and answers to prayers.
In the language of the Law of Attraction, feelings like anger, bitterness, judgment, and resentment vibrate at a very low frequency. These emotions are often old wounds that require healing. Only when your heart is filled with peace and forgiveness can it open fully to receive new love and blessings.

Rule No. 10: Cultivate Appreciation and Gratitude
Constant complaining and focusing on others’ faults only serves to keep doors firmly shut. What we’re really talking about here is gratitude. When someone thanks you and shows genuine appreciation, doesn’t it make you feel happy and more willing to help?
The Divine Universe works in the same way: love responds to love. The key to opening the channels for our prayers to be answered lies in cultivating a deep feeling of appreciation and gratitude in our hearts.

Here is another secret key: instead of asking the Divine Universe for something, why not begin by offering something first? Rather than approaching the Divine Source - or even the people we meet in our daily lives - with requests to fulfill our desires, we can gently ask, “What can I do for you today?”
For within selfless service lies the purest expression of love, and in the act of giving love, we naturally open ourselves to receiving it in return.

Now, I hope this article has helped to clear your path so that your prayers may soon be answered, and new blessings fill your life with joy and peace.

If you ever need more clarity for a specific situation, know that we can always explore it together in a video call. We are all learning on this beautiful journey, and connecting with like-minded souls can uplift us all.

The Path to Acceptance: Embracing Life with AuDHD

23/8/2025

💗 Dealing with an Unexpected Medical Diagnosis
Receiving an unexpected medical diagnosis can be a shock for many people. The seven steps to cope with it are similar to those experienced during grief: first, one experiences shock, then enters resistance (denial), followed by feelings of anger, attempts at bargaining, a period of sadness, the process of adjustment, and finally, after mourning, gradually reaching the stage of acceptance.

There was the shock, but also the long-sought answer: ADHD-autist.
What is an ADHD-autist? An ADHD-autist, also known as someone with AuDHD, is an individual diagnosed with both Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), experiencing overlapping traits. In my case, these include sensory dysfunction in hearing and being a true introvert.

Receiving that diagnosis after the age of 45, after suffering your whole life, can bring a sense of relief. People’s judgments can be so painful that I reached a point where I could no longer bear it. At work, I experienced one burnout after another. But when you don’t know the reason for your suffering, you end up with a heavy burden of self-doubt and repeated feelings of failure.

Besides being diagnosed with PTSD a few years earlier, I had other symptoms throughout my life for which I couldn’t find any answers. Looking back at my professional career and the many jobs I had to give up due to health issues, I often felt like a complete failure. Not to mention my private life, where constant criticism brought me to a breaking point and made me feel very bad about myself.

That day in the doctor’s office, I finally received the long-sought clarity. After all the criticism I had heard throughout my life, the doctor’s words that day were incredibly healing: “No, none of it was ever your fault, and you certainly did not fail. You have achieved much more than others despite this diagnosis."

Before that day, while I excelled in many office jobs in customer care services and was quick with certain tasks, I struggled with chronic stomach issues and exhaustion for more than 25 years. In the past, I sought answers for my repeated failures and chronic burnouts, but the doctors never ran the right tests. Instead, they judged me, telling me I was too sensitive. They made me feel bad about myself over and over again. In many other daily life situations, I often heard, “You are not normal.”

Now, it is a medical fact: the brains of people with AuDHD do not produce the same levels of neurotransmitters as 95% of the population. So yes, we are not “normal,” and therefore our ways of processing situations and information are different - but also uniquely valuable.

That doctor couldn’t believe that despite my chronic symptoms, no previous doctors had ever run the right tests. Before that day, I knew little about AuDHD, but as I began learning and reading about it, I wept tears of relief. The long years of burden, criticism, and judgment were finally washed away. Simply hearing that it wasn’t my fault for the struggles I faced over all those years brought me deep comfort and relief.

Of course, in the weeks that followed, I went through all seven stages. I had to accept the fact that it was time to set aside certain goals I had made. And yes, acceptance sounds nice in theory, but sometimes in daily life, you just… you know.

Making peace with where we are and reaching acceptance takes time, so have compassion for yourself.

So, I started this blog and website to motivate and encourage all those walking a similar path. And I truly mean it when I say this to anyone going through difficult times in their life: please never give up! If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out, and we can meet on a video call, like sharing a cup of coffee with a friend.

💗 I am here for you.
You are never alone.
With love and light,
Jeanne

Understanding Neurodiversity

5/8/2025

When you tell someone with ADHD to ‘just be patient,’ it may seem like harmless advice - but for them, it can be profoundly painful. Patience isn’t simply a choice or a matter of discipline; it’s governed by brain chemistry. Individuals with ADHD have fewer neurotransmitters responsible for regulating attention and emotional responses, making patience a biologically difficult task. It’s like asking someone to calm a storm with willpower alone. What looks like impatience from the outside is often a deep internal struggle - one that’s invisible but very real. Recognizing this helps us offer empathy instead of judgment, support instead of shame.

Expecting a person with ADHD to be patient is like expecting a person with diabetes to eat sugar. In ADHD, the brain does not produce enough neurotransmitters - just as in diabetes, the metabolism of insulin is deficient. Therefore, it is nearly impossible for someone with ADHD to simply ‘will themselves’ into patience, just as a person with diabetes cannot regulate insulin by willpower alone. ADHD is a physical condition, and individuals living with it often suffer deeply in situations that demand patience.

ADHD is not a temporary phase or a short-term illness — it is a lifelong neurodevelopmental condition. It affects how the brain processes information, regulates emotions, and manages attention and impulse control. While symptoms may change over time or become more manageable with support, therapy, and strategies, ADHD itself does not simply ‘go away’ or get cured. Understanding it as a lasting part of someone’s neurological makeup helps reduce harmful misconceptions and promotes a more supportive and realistic approach to living with ADHD.

Please understand that it is not the fault of individuals with ADHD if they appear impatient. This reaction is not a choice, but rather a result of their brain’s neurochemical makeup. In ADHD, the brain produces fewer neurotransmitters - particularly those involved in regulating attention and emotional responses. What might seem like impatience on the outside is often a sign of genuine internal struggle. Recognizing this helps foster compassion and reduces the stigma surrounding ADHD.

Please reach out whenever you need someone to talk to.

I am here to support you with this.

With a loving hug, Jeanne
