If you ever feel the need for a compassionate, understanding conversation, you are warmly invited to reach out.
I offer gentle, heart-centered video meetings where you can be heard, supported, and met exactly where you are.
Neurodiversity is not something to be fixed — it is a natural and meaningful variation of the human mind.
While it can bring real challenges in a world that often expects conformity, it also carries unique gifts such as creativity, deep empathy, intuition, and innovative thinking.
My approach is not about changing who you are, but about honoring your strengths, supporting your nervous system, and walking alongside you with kindness and respect.
Together, we can explore your experiences in a way that feels safe, grounding, and deeply human.

🌿 This support is not only for people with ADHD, but also for partners, parents, teachers, colleagues, and loved ones who want to understand, support, and relate more compassionately.
Focusing on strengths
Neurodiversity is not a flaw or limitation — it is a natural expression of human diversity.
Each neurodivergent mind carries its own way of perceiving, feeling, and responding to the world, often bringing deep creativity, sensitivity, insight, and original ways of solving problems.
These qualities enrich our communities and remind us that there is no single “right” way to be human.
Around the world, many people with ADHD, AuDHD, and other forms of neurodiversity move through life without sufficient emotional support, understanding, or access to care.
The same can be true for many people living with PTSD — including those with experiences of childhood or physical trauma.
This is why I created this project and these websites:
to offer a gentle, safe space rooted in compassion, lived experience, and human connection --
a place where no one has to walk their path alone. 💗

Many AuDHD people spend years trying to cope in environments that are constantly overwhelming for their nervous system. When the focus is only on adapting — on efforting to fit in and struggling to survive — rather than on finding the right fit, exhaustion and burnout can quietly follow. This is not a personal failure, but a sign that one needs a different, more supportive environment.

🤍 I also offer gentle, supportive conversations for adults who received an ADHD or AuDHD diagnosis later in life.
Through my own personal experience with late diagnosis, I truly understand how painful, overwhelming, and frightening this moment can be — the relief of finally having answers, alongside grief for all the years spent struggling without support. When neurodivergence goes unrecognized for a long time, many people experience repeated burnout, and these conversations offer a safe, compassionate space to feel understood, reconnect with yourself, and begin to heal. |
